Some of the publicly available software related tools I have developed are available here.
This project is an ImageJ based plugin for doing a radial average of an image and most commonly I use with this with Fourier Transformed image data.
The second project is web based graphing tool for student use with include basic linear least squares fitting with uncertainty in the intercept and slope values. The result is a jpeg image which can then be saved. See the tabs on the left.
