The following links are to a rewritten version of the radial_profile plugin. This version should return data for the x axis in length and if it is calibrated the x axis should be in wave vector units. The plugin also calculates the standard deviation of the radially averaged data but only saves it and it is not displayed. Any questions, corrections, or improvements can be directed to me and I can update this modified plugin. See the ImageJ web site for more information on installing plugins and making the class file.
