Internships at Toray Composites - Three Positions

Three internship positions are available at Toray Composites (America), Inc. (TCA) located in the Fredrickson Industrial Area of Tacoma, (approximately 20 minutes away from PLU).  Toray Composites creates carbon fiber laminate materials for applications ranging from the Boeing 787 Dreamliner to golf clubs.  

This internship is geared towards current undergraduate students who are majoring in chemistry, physics or engineering, or who are recent graduates. The Internship will mainly be  project based, but duties will also entail assisting with special research projects, equipment calibrations, and laboratory tests. This is a paid internship with hours Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Three positions available.

Two PLU chemistry alumni were interns at Toray during their time at PLU a few years ago.
